A quick comment regarding your sales person Javier Acevedo. I found
Javier to be extremely pleasant and completely accommodating to me and my many
questions during the process of my purchasing a used vehicle from him on
10/26/12. I loved his ready smile and willingness to take a step
"beyond" in allowing us to take the vehicle to our home (in Winter
Park) to show it to my husband and to see if it would fit in our garage.

So far, the experience has been great. Emanus spent an entire day (or
most of it) with us explaining everything, offering us beverage and food while
there was any wait, let us drive and answered all of our questions. When it
came time for the negotiating - he made it as easy as possible and I feel we got
a fair deal from all there at Nissan. The Finance person was also quick and
everything was easy to understand. Emanus even came to our home to pick up the
trade and further explained everything. I have some options to be done this
week (rearview mirror change/pgrade and window tint) so I am sure the great
experience will continue.
Last week I came in with my daughter and her friend to look at your Rogue. You were extremely kind and helpful. You took the time to let us test drive and even let Sarah drive an empty lot even though she didn’t have her driver’s license on her. Sarah’s parents ended up buying her a Rogue in Nashville. If I ever am in the market for a Nissan (or know someone who is) I will definitely come to you. Someday when your daughter is older, I hope that someone treats her with the same respect and kindness that you treated us in a similar situation.

I just purchased a 2012 Nissan Frontier and I couldn't be more Thrilled and Happy with my new truck and the experience at Sutherlin Nissan!! Sale Person has only been working on the job for 3 for 4 weeks and he was wonderful and he was extremely informative and professional. Lou Defabrizio made the entire experience of paperwork as easy and fun even we didn't get out of there till 11:15 pm! I would totally 110% suggest Sutherlin Nissan in Orlando FL.

Dear U.S. Marine, I met you today and expressed my gratitude for superior service I’ve received this summer. We are a “Nissan for Life” family. I have owned the Altima, Maxima, Frontier, and currently own the Murano and Quest. This is my story: For years, I have been a returning customer to Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando’s service department for one reason: superior Service Advisors who have the “going the extra mile attitude.” It’s always a bad day when your automobile isn’t working properly, but when it has an intermittent issue that isn’t easily diagnosed, it is frustrating not only for the customer but also for the customer service advisors and the service technicians. My Nissan Quest had a very complex, intermittent issue, but the customer service team at Sutherlin worked tirelessly and did not give up until they found the problem and fixed it! Sutherlin hit a gold mine when they hired Douglas Hollen and Jonathan Szafran. These two men have exceeded all my expectations; Doug is attentive, sincere, and genuinely caring; Jonathan is knowledgeable, understanding, and a great communicator. Both were very patient in the process and gave me have a hassle-free service experience. Besides calling me regularly to keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle and letting me borrow a courtesy car to drive, the most impressive example of customer care was a full tank of gas! Obviously, this was quite surprising and miles beyond the job expectations and certainly my expectations! This specific example speaks volumes of their consideration for Sutherlin customers and their complete satisfaction. On a follow-up visit, I also interacted with George Fata who is warm-hearted and genuine and Johnny Barrington who has helped me numerous times on past visits to Sutherlin, and before it was under the Sutherlin name. Johnny Barrington has been helping me with car service for years and is a friendly and faithful advisor. Both George and Johnny are impressive men. All that to say, you have an amazing team; they are Sutherlin’s most valuable resource! Please congratulate them all for me because I couldn't be more pleased with my entire experience at Sutherlin. It is unforgettable to meet men (Douglas, Jonathan, George, and Johnny) with such integrity combined with servants’ hearts. I've purchased cars before but the service this dealership gave was great, no pressure to buy the caranswered all questions etc. Never owned a nissan before always had Mazda but this time your rogueout shined the mazda cx5 with a big surprise. Leon your financial person does his job well and knows his products and also shows concern to the public and affordablitiy. Edgar Jimenez is great.
Fabio Belles was an excellent sales representative. His knowledge of the vehicle and engine was truly impressive.
My salesman was top notch , I had just visited Reed Nissan the day before and found the type of Nissan I liked and would have bought but their salesman sucked big time , using every old scheme in the book to close the sale so the next day I went to Sutherlin. Forgive me for not remembering my salesman name but this dude made me feel like family.

I have always hated buying or leasing a new car. In the past it was a tedious chore. However, my experience with SN and Elvis was the total opposite of what I had expected. Elvis was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I got the car I wanted and the whole experience was a pleasure. I will refer SN to anyone I know in the market for a car.
Julio was very helpful when leasing my new 2010 Altima; no pressure sales and answered all my question accurately and honestly. Very pleasant buying/leasing experience. I would shop here again and I give Sutherlin and Julio 5 stars !!!
Javier is a delightful young man who knows his product. He was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable. He matched us very quickly to a car that was basically exactly what we were looking for. He really seemed to care about us, and worked to get us a good deal. Clean, professionally run. The manager, "US" Marine met my wife and I at the door with a warm smile, a handshake and a plan. Within 2 minutes we were greeted by the salesperson US assigned, a minute later, we were sitting in our 2012 Versa. My wife and I were so excited to start, US made sure were left just as excited. A super experience, I will buy from this dealership again.
From beginning to end, everyone was freindly, informative and got the job DONE RIGHT! Being a woman, going to the service dept. usually is not a good time for us. This was a pleasant experience!(:

I recently bought a Ford Explorer from Elvis @ Sutherlin (Yeah his name is really Elvis! Great Guy!) Well 3 days after I was going to go somewhere and I put it in reverse and BAM !!! the transmission slammed hard! I called them and I don't know what you know about Car Dealers and Used Car sales? But most of them come with a 50/50 warrantee -Yeah if it breaks in half? You own both of them! Seriously I called them and they didn't even hesitate - BRING IT BACK NO PROBLEM WE LOVE YA! I had no warrantee and they didn't have to take it back! Now I am in a 09 Nissan Rouge and it is AWESOME !!! Thanks US and Elvis and Dave in F&I ya'll are fantastic I highly recommend you to anyone and oh by the way I won a $100 bill cause everyone that buys gets to spin the wheel! So if you buy from anyone else you'll pay too much and not get treated nicer anywhere
Went to Sutherlin Nissan to look at the new Murano Cabriolet loved it but it was a little out of my price range. While there looked at a new Maxima and could not believe how nice it drove. After a short negotiation decided to take it home. The process was seemless and Susan could not have made it any easier.
